Yes, at some point sleeving might become a better option...

What I would consider in your case is sending the crooked bore to Eric Gorr Racing (Forward Motion, Millennium Technologies) and see what they can do with it.

They can plate the bore with Nikasil-type coating that will last a very long time and keep the cylinder on the same bore forever. (Worst case you'd have to replate it someday)
