Finally - I'm taking my Yamaha to a fellow not even 2 miles from me so he can work on rebuilding the engine. Getting closer to firing this thing up finally!

Should have the cases split tomorrow and going to start cleaning up and putting new bearings and seals in.

I have a few NOS bearings left over from my rebuild of a 360A a couple of years ago. Would love to move them (NOS, in Yamaha packaging- not generic). If you have not bought them all PM me for info. I'll try to post up #'s soon anyway.

I have not pulled any bearings out yet but I believe The OP has bought all the bearings and seals.

I did - tried to get all of the bearings and seals that I could tell in the manuals.
