Yes it works well. A chain roller needs to be installed anytime you start increasing the travel and ride hight.

This is the same basic set up.
77 forks with race tech gold valve custom springs from cannon racecraft
14.15 inch Ohlins shocks

I like the Ohlins, didn’t you used to have Works shocks on the bike. Do the race tech gold valve make a big difference? Nice setup :OnFire
Thanks Mark

Yes the works shocks with separators (so they can be run piston up for chain clearance) went over to the red rocket.
The gold valves IMHO do not make a noticable difference

This set of works shocks were supposed to have separators. They did not get them. The shock blows right through the stroke when inverted (piston up). Chain clearance is tight!

Chain tension and clearance becomes an issue quickly when adding length to the suspension.
Going to larger sprockets front and rear help with chain on the top of the swing arm.
I also install a slider and (roller on bottom).

Smart Idea on the large sprockets. Did putting ‘77 make a difference, I think it adds about an extra inch of travel, I’m considering doing that mode on my DT360.
Thanks Mark
