I saved a YZ125c top end was created by Youngdrakeo

These parts wore literally going in the bin due to fin damage. So I snapped them up.
He through in the head too. Said it was off a dt
Received them to find its still on its std bore.
And the head is from a yz125F
Vapour blasted them today. Came up great.
Now I'm going to try fit them to my 73 175 bottom end!
Now I don't know what the crankcase volume difference is between a 175 and a YZ125.
What carb should I run? Stock yz is a 32 I believe?
I have a spare keihin pwk28 or a modified vm34 off my 175.

Need to track down a piston. Carb mount and reeds next.

Going to be interesting!

Wow, hope that all works out looking forward to hearing how it performs. Looking at the pic before cleanup, the cylinder stud spacing looks different to the head but hope it's just my computer screen.

Same bolt pattern only difference is the head stud size.. Bigger on the 175.
Might have to modify the frame of the 175 as the spine gets in the way of the carb
