Decal on frame on DT400 B was created by Jake2020

I need to find the decal that would go on the frame of my 1975 DT400 B I plan to powder coat the frame and the decal will get ruined. The entire restoration is dependent on me figuring this out. Ideas? Where to get a decal?

Pedalcrazy is right DEET is able to produce them.
