Dt400c indicator brackets was created by wayno
Are the rear brackets/stays available anywhere after market or nos? Been watching ebay for a while now and not seen any, or anyone have a pair they want to part with?

I did have a look for you Wayne - CMSNL had one, but it was a tad pricey!
Have a look on CMSNL or Partzilla to see which other bikes used that part. Also look out for sellers listing job lots, misc etc parts, as the brackets are sometimes included within such a lot.

There is a set on eBay right now (not mine) under Yamaha blinker mounts auction ends in 3 days.
I too needed a set awhile back and as with me when you need or want a part you can’t find any for sale or at least a reasonable price, I think I paid $25 for one because I had to have it, and within a week I ran across a couple of sets at a salvage yard for $10 a set, I have used them all up. On some of the DT’s they also came in a black finish, I haven’t been able to identify which models had the black ones but they are identical except for the finish. I recently bought some chrome ones but with very poor chrome, I painted them silver and they are hardly noticeable and look ok.
Gr8uncleal already gave great advice to look for them on eBay in Yamaha dt parts lots or Yamaha dt miscellaneous lots, Yamaha dt blinker stays, Yamah blinker brackets, Yamaha blinkers, Yamaha winkers, I have even bought complete blinkers that the seller was selling with the stay still attached to the blinker and the seller was not aware the stay was worth more than the blinker itself.
