Thermal Phase 12” was created by Silo7
Finally getting parts flowing in for shock rebuilds. Pic is showing some components. Once I have everything ready I can finally begin to offer to anyone looking to rebuild. Original seal design with new materials, no mods for fit. I started this out of a need for my 75-76 DT’s, seemed like I could not find anything for the shocks.

Good for you to take this 'project' on! I am sure there are owners of the smaller bikes that would just love to be able to rebuild their shocks instead of purchasing some that "might" work.
Good luck!
Good luck!

So, would your rebuild be a cosmetic rebuild as well, new paint etc, or a mechanical rebuild seals, oil, etc...I think you would have some interest if you maybe did an "ala carte" type of an offering. For example I might want to repaint my own shocks but not really interested in the disassembly with the spring and all the little bits...just some thoughts. The parts sure look good..better than mine I'm trying to fix up..

I am just offering the individual parts. I’m not interested in rebuilding for folks.

Is this a whole kit or can I just buy the shaft seals? I have a post somewhere on here about a seal head I tried to make. It leaked...

Selling seals in pairs, no need to modify seal end cap.
