Hi all,
the restoration of my ´75 DT 250 is almost finished, anything is running fine. One point to fix is the leaking oil pump. I replaced all oil seal rings and paper seal by a set, bought at Yambits, but the seal where the shaft of the pump goes through the pump housing on cable-side still leaks.
I want to order all 3 oil seals in better quality, does anybody have the inner/outer diameters and thickness of the rings for me, so I can order all before disassembly?

I don't have the sizes... if you look closely at the old seals they may have the sizes printed on them. Almost all Yamaha seals do.

I have a list of Yamaha part numbers for the seals I bought many years ago. I know the pumps are similar... I'm not sure if this list of seals would be the same for your model. DEET is the expert... maybe try an email to him... This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ...he might be able to mail you the correct seals?

Pumps can be tricky... I know shipping would probably be expensive for you but if you can't fix the leak or find the parts it would be worth shipping the pump to DEET for repair.

Small internal driveshaft seal: 93104-06108-00-00
Primer end seal: 93101-10090-00-00
Pump seal : 93104-14059-00-00
