Almost ready to go for vapor blasting.
Another question along the way if I may…
Do the oil pump unions pull out? They seem very solidly in place!
That black pipe to the brass collar doesn’t want to come off either.

Yes. They are tight, but are just a press fit in the case. As for the brass retaining collar, pull it off with a pair of snipe nosed pliers first, then the pipe should pull off the barbs.

Put some heat on the case and put on my big boy pants… got it all apart.
