Where can I find a throttle/oil cable withe the plastic tube for a 1973 dt2 250? the 250 and the 360 should be the same.

If you can't find genuine new old stock on ebay, CMSNL, Partzilla etc, then I think that KDI do repros - see tab on right side of page.

It's always good to check your VIN to ID the exact year and model you have.  (1973 would have been a DT3). 

Best deal is the cable set.  Not sure if it comes with the connector tube.  They also have individual throttle cable sections for about $20 each

I have a 73 DT3 that came with bad cables…like almost all of them were shot. I purchased the complete cable refresh bundle from KDI and have no regrets. One important note about the full cable bundle, it does not come with the replacement plastic tube. It’s offered on the site separately though.
