Hey Brzn, do you remember the item description from motodave? I put a black button head with nylock nut on mine, after clamping the pieces together and drilling thru the whole thing. Doesn’t look too bad, but would rather have the original bracket. But can’t find motodave on ebay…

As Gr8uncleal stated, he's not on eBay right now selling anything. I found him by simply putting in the part #

Motodad24. I'm always watching some of his parts because I buy a lot from him and don't want to have to search for him. He's on Ebay now.

Great-uncle-al:
I got a couple of repops for my bikes from a fleabay seller called motodave, but looks like he no longer sells, at least not under that username.
motodave, or motodad?

motodave was my seller.

Ordinarily he sold within the US only, so only appeared on fleabay.com. However, he agreed to post to me here in the UK. I guess he sold out of that part.

There is a seller, motodad24, selling hardware. If the same guy, he doesn’t have any of those brackets listed right now.

How thick is the rubber part? If you're not concerned about originality, Something like that would be easy to fab up with 2 plates of steel, a couple of vibration dampers like  these ones at McMaster-Carr , and a few lock nuts.
