CT3 Fork Lock Cylinder Removal was created by L71bb

Hey Guys I was wondering if anyone has the procedure  to remove the fork lock cylinder from the frame I have searched but haven't been able to find anything on how to do it I am tearing the bike down to restore and want to sandblast and paint or powder coat the frame so I need to remove this lock cylinder Any guidance would be very much appreciated Thanks, L71

Pictures?  I did mine on my dt400e and if you have the swing cover you will need to pry the little pin out of the cover by slipping something between the cover and frame if it's like mine.  I might just drill and tap mine for a small bolt if I have to do it again.

Perhaps... Yamaha had a "core" key to put in and remove the core.. Even a locksmith would figure that out for you.
