When I was working at getting my RT3 running I only ordered 1 air filter from Bike Bandit. I wish I would have at least ordered 2. Now I want to order two more and they are currently out. Anyone know where I can buy an air filter? I would even consider after market as long as its a good filter.

Strange thing is that online parts lists are superseding the -09 revision number to a -08 number that is not available from Yamaha. It's "backwards"... usually 08 would be superseded by 09.

Be that as it may, Partzilla shows the original elements in stock under the 09 variant... might want to grab a couple while you can. Hopefully they haven't been made obsolete?

I buy everything from Ebay. There are (4) sellers of OEM Yamaha filters on Ebay now. All about 30 bucks. I have an RT3 as well.

Who might they be

I simply searched Yamaha 308-14451-08 and they all popped up. 4 OEM filters and 1 aftermarket that also referenced that part number.

I got one for my own bike from Yamaha a couple of years ago (I'm in the UK) and, for European owners, CMSNL still show them in stock.
