Ct2 carb question

So I just bought a ct2 as a project, and before I realized that the rings were badly stuck and i'd need a new piston I tried to start it, and it started leaking gas from the bottom of the float bowl, I cant find any other info online so for anyone that has one of these or knows, whats supposed to go in the hole in the picture I attached? thats where it leaks from.
