Yeah the depth of that bend is going to mess up what I was suggesting on printing out a "to scale" version of the photo looking straight at the side of the heat shield so that you could cut out a paper template.

Maybe it would still be useable if that straight on template was sliced along the bend line and then you scab on the needed material so that the final paper template would include the bend material and still be proper between the mounting holes.

Hold my beer...

I've been working on getting a print, but my old XP computer, that has my drawing program, is taking a break today apparently. I'll update when I get something printed.

Got some new measurements taking the "bend" into consideration. I also made a printed version.

I would take what you’ve done to a sheet metal guy with a plasm table.  They would be able to cut it out, bend it and roll the edges.

Thanks Schu, it'll probably be a few weeks before I get to try it out with aluminum, but I et I can make one that'll work for me.

If anyone has a stock CT1 exhaust, I'd be interested. The Hooker is a bit loud for me.

I have the stock exhaust that you see in this photo. Would you be interested in a straight swap? I'll ship you my stock exhaust and you ship me your Hooker. I am in St. Clair Michigan.

I'll do that Schu. I feel like the Hookers are quite rare, but I don't really dig the extra racket. I'm attempting to relive my youth and stock
would be better for me. And I won't have to make a shield!
