CT1B First start was created by Pete-RT1

Latest project has arrived and I love it.
Pretty good original condition so I won't be doing too much to this one, other than a good service and a clean.
Few dents to sort out and reconnect the ignition when the replacement key arrives.
Emptied the tank of crap fuel and gave it a blow out to get rid of anything loose, cleaned the petcock and carb, new fuel, new oil, bled the autolube and she fired up on the 6th kick.
Noise pollution is down compared to the RT1 but air pollution is up ten fold :)

Great find & love that color. Take the revs up slowly & she'll clear out & run clean, but might take a long steady road ride to dry the pipe out & stop smoldering smoking. Keep off the busy main highway or could get ticketed for pollution.

Sounds like it's time for a (socially distanced!) BBQ and stick the exhaust on the coals at the end! :ROFLOL :ROFLOL :ROFLOL :likey

Alan, my exhaust is off the menu.
I took it off yesterday to have a look and a little bit of oily deposit but nothing much else, the outside is very good condition.
Burgers, chicken and sausages and a few of these I think :beerchug :beerchug
