Mako, I got an offer from them a day or two ago for "...as little as 0.27 a day for third party hosting." That's $98.55 per year. I ignored it. Still too much for me. I have not been on photobucket since they went rogue, so maybe you get offers if you lie dormant for a while.

And Photobucket wasn't the first service to hold photos hostage... IImageShack did the same thing a few years ago.
Which reminds me how much I APPRECIATE this site because it allows easy direct loading of pictures without using a third-party photo hosting site like Photobucket! Not to mention the awesome free resources and downloads in the Tech Library!
Time for me to scroll down and find the "donate" link on the right margin and kick in a few $ to help this place keep running!

There is a,so a $2 extension (one time cost and well worth the money!) tfor Chrome toallow you to download all of your photo galleries there to your hard drive in zipped files. That way you at least have control over them the extension is listed in the photobucket tyrant thread
I plan on a ,Amir revision to the site soon but it will continue to have onsite photo hosting. I am looking into options for video as well, though I may need to have some sort of premium membership to add that feature. If there is enough interest, I’ll pursue. We have the technical ability on the site, but it is not turned on due to hosting space and some other issues. It is also not as fluid to put them here on the forum using it.

IF it isn't one thing, it's another.

I have lots of pics at Google photos, not sure if they can be embedded but it's free hosting and easy album sharing there. No ads that I'm aware of too.

I haven’t experimented with the Google photos, but if they can be embedded, it may be a good option!

Well, The Super DT400 is back and even angrier than last time. I have a 1973-74 MX250 and MX360 pipe lying around I inherited from my Uncle from Texas and I tried it on my bone stock DT400 and lets say it was not a happy bike at all. it basically killed any good bottom and mid range torque it had and tried to make it rev which it did begrudgingly but produced no power, well the pipe actually fit the bike and it sat for a few years unused until today.

The pipe was literally a Screaming success! the bike ripped with it there with great bottom end power and super mid range and top end, it broke the back tire loose, even in 4th gear on the dirt road where I test.
I am going to have Rich do some work to her soon, God willing! here is the head I am wanting to run, I am going to have Rich cut the chamber for a 85 mm bore up from 80 mm. I know Bill Bune does this kind of work but if Rich can do it I want him to do it. Bill Bune can cut a new squish band and new combustion chamber but I want the torque grooves cut too. Guess I will wait and see here!
