74 DT360 throttle cable was created by dart451

Looking for someone that has replaced the throttle cable on the DT360 with a single cable, (no oil pump functions). I bought a Nibbi throttle cable assemply to replace the throttle cable and handle but the cable was way too short. I'm looking for something that already has the 90 degree bend on the carburetor side, straight on the handlebar side. The Nibbi has 36" and 71" and I think I need around 46-50". Anyone change theirs out?

Unfortunately, the cable is pretty much destroyed...so I think I need to get a single cable and rig it to the new carburetor...Thank you for your response!

I believe I found a cable that will work. I'll let you know when I get it...it's a 50" cable for Mikuni

Looks good. If its too long on the inner i just fit it up then measure how much it sits above the carb top or whatever adjuster you have--or angled bend they might have, then heat the lower brass nipple & slide it up then re-solder with soldering flux so it will take good. I try to flare the inner a bit where it sits into the slight taper of the nipple before final soldering.
