Greetings, would a 1860c wiseco piston ring size 47.25 1st over fit into a 1981 Yamaha piston 47.25 1st over ?? Appreciate it I’m hearing they may fit ??

You can ask the same question a different way, but my answer is still "no".

Piston rings need to match the groove and Wiseco generally used flat thin steel rings and Yamaha used thicker iron rings, often with a "keystone" taper.  

Fitting an incorrect ring to a piston can result in disaster and serious damage to the engine after very little running.  Don't ask me how I know but it involved a Yamaha 80 I had as a kid and using rings that weren't correct for the piston.

would you know where I can get these 2-rings set ?? I’ve searched the internet can’t seem to find them ??
