First part looks like the Teikei logo... aka TK...  made castings, petcocks, and a few carbs for Yamaha.

That occurred to me, but the letters in the second part look more Scandinavian, notwithstanding the Made in Japan casting on the other side!

The TK logo that I am familiar with is those letters within a circle.
