Torque Engineering pipe was created by yamahahaha

I have a chance to purchase. Does anyone know what is a fair price? It has a 1 1/2 inch diameter pipe opening

I have recently purchased two of them off eBay and they were both just shy of $200 each not including shipping.

EDIT: Sorry, mine were Whispering Smith by Strader Engineering, but it still gives you an idea on similar pricing. There is a seller on eBay who has listed a few expansion chambers that are new/unused pipes and he is asking upwards of $500. I would never pay that for my caliber of bikes.

That type of thing...  looks NOS...  is often "whatever someone is willing to pay".  The good news is aftermarket stuff seems to be less popular than original...  especially since those early pipes didn't exactly tuck in tight and most don't have legal spark arrestors.

But then there is always the guy that had one on his bike and will pay a fortune.

Question is what it's worth to you...

Those were good pipes in the day. A bit loud but great tone and throttle response. Anything below 200 a good deal imo.
