Ct1c oil eater was created by Blukas

I’ve got a bad oil eating situation, motor eats up the transmission fluid and the exhaust is soaked with it, also it’s down on power from it. I changed both cranks seals so what else could it be? Found these things In the bottom of the cover. What are they?

If those are out of the shift drum that is probably an accurate assessment of its current condition!

Yeah lol, shifter drum is together and shifting, everything seems to be working fine and it worked fine before I took it apart to change the gasket and the oil eating problem. Does anyone know if there are needle bearings in this thing? It doesn’t even seem like those needles even belong there.

Well I believe the upper and lower rod bearings are needles and probably one or two needle bearings in the trans. At least on the 360 and 400 there are. I’m pretty sure ethey belong in there unless you don’t know the history of the bike and some little gremlin dumped them in there.
The small bits look like what’s left of the bearing retainer (cage that holds the needles).
