You need to upload video to Vimeo or YouTube and then put link here.

It's not as complicated as it may seem.
That ground wire you're talking about on diagram crosses over the wire to ignition coil. It does not connect to it. It's just a chassis ground point... possibly the one on the ignition coil mounting bolt.
You could remove every single wire from the bike and run one wire from points (Black coming out of stator) to ignition coil and get spark. Super simple. And in fact, sometimes disconnecting stator and coil from harness and running a jumper wire from stator to coil is a good way to troubleshoot.
The black/white wires that go to switches simply short the black wire between stator and coil to ground. The component within the blue circle are on the stator. The red line is the single wire needed for spark... and you can see the switch teed in that grounds that wire to kill spark. (You have two kill switches... either just shorts the primary stator wire to ground to kill spark)

Brilliant il remove all wires except one black one going direct
to coil pack and see if I get a spark... the stator has had
New points new condenser and rewound all 3 coils... so
im not sure what could be wrong with it??
Will report back after trying above

Connect black wire to ohmmeter on Rx1 scale. Points closed should be zero resistance to ground.
Points open should be between 1 and 2 ohms to ground.

Congratulations!
I tried to explain already. Look at diagram I posted. Kill switches simply tee into wire to coil from stator and switch to ground. With switch open, engine runs. (Switch in diagram is open) When contacts in switch close, the circuit is grounded and no spark.
