Welcome, shoulda said that earlier.
Ya know what i'd do [so up to you--don't follow me]--i'd bolt it back down & start her up--running by lunch time haha. Bleed the oil pump & see how she goes. Then decide where to go from there. Crank seal is still ok if it held waist oil he's poured in to sort of preserve it. Not uncommon for old right side seals to get pushed out when running though but you'll know straight away if that happens.

When you disassemble and rebuild your oil pump, do it in a clear plastic bag. There are some small pins which are tricky to get back in and can spring off, leaving you to search around your garage for them

Id love to put it back together and go, unfortunately i seem to have a slipping clutch (maybe from just sitting), so i planned to replace that, while in there not much harder to replace the seal. (seemingly).

I think i will bleed the auto oiler and see how it goes...i am paranoid about 2 strokes and oil, i had 2 seadoo 720 motors go because of bad oil pumps....just ended up capping the pump doing pre mix on them after rebuild.

Maybe its me [i'm old lol] but how do you know the clutch slips if you've not had it running yet. Slipping is when the revs rise but the speed doesn't go with it.
I'll guess you mean its stuck & won't free up. Quite common when left parked for years. I've had luck just riding them over rough ground with lever held to the bar until they pop free. Yours might need separating by going in there [as you said to replace].
