RT2 Handlebar cable/wire clips ? was created by Gr8uncleal

Afternoon Simon.

Originally a semi transparent white band was used. These are no longer available from Yamaha.

There might be repro parts available now (Yambits?, Sumo Rubber?, DEET?), but I bought Honda part number 95014-62100, which is very similar and very cheap (I paid less than £3). I'm happy to get them from my local dealer if it will save you postage.

As Gr8uncleal stated, Honda's a good match.  Check out honda part # 95014-62100, from memory bands come in different lengths so confirm before purchasing - I believe this part # band is approx. 5 inch length.

I have originals on my DT3 and RT1b. I used the Honda straps on my CT3 because they were missing. Hard to tell the difference.

DEET was selling the white bands a few years ago.

Yamaha still sells them in black.

They are shown on the electrical page of the parts list.

Rather inconveniently, this is missing from the RT2 listing on CMSNL
