AT2 magnito puller? was created by FZSommers

I have searched and the puller for all but the 125 electric start models comes up but I can’t seem to find what I need for my AT2. Can someone point me in the right direction?

10mm by 1.25 bolt with extra threads.  There are several posts with sources on here and you can get a "real" puller from K&L I think it is.

Here you go:

P.S.  The 10mm bolt is not for a "magneto" AT2...  it's to remove the armature on the starter/generator model.  If you have a "Magneto" (most likely if you aren't in the US) then the standard 27x1.0 LH flywheel puller is what you need.

Thank you MarkT! I am in the US so sorry for my wording confusion haha. I will try a bolt first and if I can’t get that to work I will order the tool you linked. Thanks again!

Mark, what are "extra threads?  Are you meaning a fully threaded bolt?  How long does the 10mm -1.25tpi bolt need to be?

Would pay to get the proper puller bolt MarkT linked as it pushes from the bottom of the crank hole not on the end of the crank as a straight bolt will. It'll damage the end threads of a bolt & might have trouble removing it--just relieve a couple of threads if you want to try a normal bolt.

Yes, more threads than normal...  commonly called a "tap bolt"...  someone mentioned 3" once but I don't know.  I have the puller bolt.
