The picture listing of Yamahas is focused on the enduro/MX/Trials lines of bikes starting in 1968 with the DT1 250. We have included Non-US models where we had information about them. Some bikes we have left blank as we do not have a picture on hand we are confident is correct. If you have a manual with a picture of any missing years please contact us.

Eventually this page will be hotlinked via the model picture to more information about each model/year bike. That is an ongoing project as is this page. Models with a bold title should be linked to existing specs pages.

If you have brocures, pictures, manuals, road tests from the day of Non-US models, please consider contacting us for possible inclusion of your information in our archive to help others worldwide who are keeping these bikes alive! Where possible, pictures have been taken from original brochures to establish an accurate history. Colors are subject to fading on originals and sometimes inaccurate scanning software. Do not use the colors as an exact match, but rather a guide to the approximate color your bike may have been.

Also, remember that the manufacture date on the Head Tube Label/VIN tag may be the year prior than the bike is actually titled as - due in part to shipping times in the 70's.
