Hi folks ,

I am having trouble finding the part number of an oil pump cover gasket for a175.
I saw the cover in the parts list but it doesn’t list a gasket part number .
Does it use a gasket or make your own or ?

Anyway, here we go.

GASKET, PUMP CASE (MCA) for CT1C 1971 USA - order at CMSNL

Used on over 500 models, so probably every Yamaha with a two stroke pump! Very likely still available to order from Yamaha, via your dealer.

Thanks for response but think I didn’t explain correctly , I am talking about the cover itself and the gasket to be used , part 13  Yamaha part number 248-15416-00-00  and gasket to be used for that part

I don't think a gasket was used on this model, but happy to be corrected.

No reason why a homemade one can't be used, I would suggest.

Alan, you're correct there's no gasket for the pump cover
