Hi please could somone  help me with clutch pushrod /2  length as I’m having to make one (silver steel) thank you 

Sorry--no help from me--but--I need one too. Think what i'll do is cut it too long then sit the actuator cover up to it with adjuster backed out a bit then measure the cover gap to the case best as i can. Bit of a juggle as cover will want to rock not sit perfect to measure. My motor is dodgy so original perfect Yamaha length probably doesn't apply anymore. Are they "1/4 for silver steel?. 50+ years since i've done one [in my BSA 500 1954] so just heat red the quench in oil? if my long term memory is intact lol. Thanks.

Thanks I’ve actually made one & done the exact same as you mentioned. But the clutch is not good so I’m waiting for replacement parts!

mine is assembled so sorry I cannot provide length
I wonder is the yamaha rod is hardened to take point load from ball without galling?

Awaiting clutch internal parts? other than pushrod. What's it doing--or not doing. Just me being nosy sorry.

The bikes been stood for ever & the clutch wear plates have nothing whatsoever on them! So new one ordered .
