can anyone help me out with an 0.25, 0.5 or 0.75 oversized piston and rings set for an RT1 360 please ??

I think that Enduronut and maybe DEET here on the forum are the "go to" guys for these parts.

Might be worth browsing fleabay for other RT and DT pistons and concentrating on the photos rather that the listing title - plenty of incorrectly described items out there.

Do you know which size you need to go up to?

I had a recent experience with a 360 that was on its 4th over size piston. The cylinder liner started to separate from the cylinder near the bottom. It caused an air leak which caused a lean condition by drawing air from the cylinder bolt holes. The shop I use recommended not going past the second oversize on the 360. The cylinder liner becomes too thin.

A new 250 cylinder liner is 5mm thick. A new 360 cylinder liner is 4mm thick. Plus the 250 doesn't generate as much heat.
The hours spent riding my Enduros is not deducted from my life span.
