Bumping this back up. I bought another CUSH Drive off of ebay. I can't figure out how to get the cush drive out. Does it require a puller to get this off? I thought most CUSH drives just lift out. This appears to be stuck in there.

I think just shimming my current setup would fix the issue with a new circlip perhaps.

Great topic, read my mind. I just ordered a cush part. I have 2 rear wheels for my CT1 and they both have this issue.

If you can't remove the cush with the circlip off then what they do flopping around is cause a ledge on the circlip groove by continually smacking the clip Just run a file around it once circlip is out of the way. Should be obvious with a close look or feel , but be careful as could be sharp.
