Thanks RT325....  yes I had a typo...  too early this morning.  Meant standard bore would have been max 80.005mm with a 96 piston.  Went back and fixed it.

not sure where my reply went, but thanks to both of ya for the help.   I visited the local cylinder/piston guru today and we decided to go 0.25 over.   Guy does the local work for the dealerships.   Meticulous Metals is the name of shop.  Loomis, CA.
