well I'm glad you asked so now I know.
There was one when I was swapping horns out and I was just referring to it as "rubber nut thingy".
Fortunately mine wasn't ruined, it was just pushed into the hole and needed popped out to be normal again.

Grommet was mentioned, I've also heard them referred to as isolators.

I worked in Japanese three brand Dealership back in the 80s. One of the challenges was learning what each brand called a particular part, then what group it would be shown in on the microfish. Yamaha does call it a grommet, Suzuki calls it a cushion. I often look to a parts diagram on Partzilla or similar so I get it right. We had quite a few laughs when a customer would call in for a stock check with a slang name for the part ; )

Always worth getting a "selection box" of grommets from eBay, Amazon, etc. Helped me out a lot with my rebuild
