What I have done for a number of my bikes, Yamaha and Suzuki, is to take a painted part of the bike that has good, original paint on a flat surface, to a good auto paint shop. They then run the paint through a spectrometer and are able to produce their own matching paint. The "worst" match I got was 85%.

By the way, I have parts and service manuals for the European models, if you need any information.

En faisant une recherche  Allan ( Gr8uncleal)  a deja mentionner que 2 couleurs sont sur liste pour cette moto.  Tu mentionnes orange?... donc a priori ce serait le Virginia Gold ?.

Voila sont message d origine ! ....I have a European parts list for the 1974 'A' models - the DT250A came in Blue Dust (-02) and Virginia Gold (-03)

Merci pour tes infos. Mais je n'ai plus de pièces avec la couleur d'origine   c'est pour celà que je recherche le code couleur Mais ça a l'air compliqué    les sites de peintures ont leur propes refs . Donc je continue mes recherche.
