forgot to say I measured the rim run out and as it passes the 3 tyre rim locks it goes out about 3mm can I adjust this out with the spokes, dont want to ruiin the ride though

I have now fitted the spoke weights, I think they look better. I have also re fitted the stock shocks and dumped the Chinese ones.
I took the bike out today, started on first kick which surprised me. did a test ride on the same route I have done previous test rides and results were no eye ball shack and no bumps, was a very smooth ride like a new bike
