Thanks for the replies. I checked the cap and it is not an issue. Same with the cap off. It does flow but not as much as I would expect. The hose is is about a 1/4 full and stays about the same level while idling and I can see a consistent trickle,. It does drop a bit when I turn the throttle. Can't see when I am riding so I don't know what its doing. And when off road and loading it I don't know what the level is, I don't think its getting enough. The YZ petcock came to me damaged so I had to send it back..The box was crushed. I am still looking at it but have not been able to spend much time on it..

Drain the tank, pull the petcock off and shove a drill bit into the tubes in the tank… perhaps they are plugged up a bit?
