DT1 Light Switch was created by Quartermaster35

This came on my 69 DT1 and the internals seem to function correctly (although still dirty).......

The wires were cut short, so it worth trying to make it work or should I pursue getting another one?

Send that switch off to DEET . He'll attach new wiring and sleeving .
They are getting pretty rare , and expensive to find now .

That light switch is almost impossible to replace!!!  Send it to DEET he does a fantastic job with these switches, restored like new.  If you don't want yours and find a replacement send the old one to me and I will get it restored.
Be Happy!

Yes, to DEET if you want it restored. However, if you are happy with crimping and heat shrink, then you could have a bash at making it usable yourself.

Send me the link when you do it. I'd love this for the CT1 I'm working on. It would look so weird with one of those aftermarket switches
