L5TA centerstand? was created by Buffalo

Greetings all,

I'm working on bringing my 1970 Trailmaster 100 back to life, and about to change the 51 year old tires. It would be handy to have a centerstand during that process.

My original 1970 L5TA had a centerstand, and the shop manual shows the bike with a centerstand, but there's nothing on the parts fiche.

Was this a generic accessory installed by dealers back in the day? Are any still available now?

Thanks!

I read on an old Japanese bike forum that it might be a YL2 center stand. There is a photo on Google images that shows a 69 L5T with one on it. Been thinking about doing this on my 69.

Thanks for passing that along. I'll have to investigate.
