Another 1969 CT-1 Now I have 2! was created by LETSJET

My first 1969 anything enduro is the CT-1 shown on the lift as a project bike. It was planned as a long term project as I had quite a few parts for CT'-1's. Sourced a lot of missing parts and cleaned it up some what, but that's as far as I wanted to go for a while. It's mostly all there, good compression, throttle slide is good and clutch is good, just replaced cable. (It's looking for a new home so PM me if anyone is looking for a great project.)
However, I've found a bit nicer second 69 CT-1 that I just brought home that's running and riding, although it needs the usual maintenance. Be careful what you wish for, but I can't pass up a nice bike with tons of potential. The Orange 1969 CT-1 looks to be a great color and I'm sure there are some forum guys that have nice ones, let's see them. The early bikes had a little more raw feeling in them it seems, very lawless with no turn signals and only one mirror.

That looks like the bike from Sacramento that was on Craigslist for $1600 - if you bought it I think you'll do real well, it looked like a very good one to me, and the first year '69s have good value potential. Nice buy.

The previous owner put new Metzlers tires on the bike. They look awkward to me. Other than some light cosmetics needed it's a nice bike. The two 1969 CT-1's and the 1972 CT-2 that I have makes it three CT's in the garage.I lost count as there's now 6 enduros in the garage total, how did that happen?

Careful.... they seem to just multiply... I lost count at 15... :Ugh

Pretty sure total is over 20 bikes in three garages... I'm going to downsize to a smaller house here soon (with sheds but NO garage!) so will probably have to thin out the herd... way too many anyway.

It’s a nice start for a change. Bike on the lift is a keeper. My 3 CT’s.
