Thanks for the info Mark. I will reset the timing from 2 to 2.3 which is pretty simple with the dial gage setup I purchased.

I do believe I have the stock silencer. I also have a Skyway silencer from an IT250 which I could put on it but I like the look of the small silencer compared to the long Skyway “tail gunner”

I don’t see any numbers on this carb. Where should I be looking?

Carb number should be stamped in the starter lever boss across the front.
