I guess he had a plan to true it up. Wonder how close it was after 'that' & before truing.
Could be one of those in your yamaha 4 stroke & you'd never know haha.

You’d never see a western society person in working conditions like that.. sitting in that squat position, no ear plugs, no safety glasses and the greasy hands…
Just wildly different ways of life and working.
