Anyone better this for a messy carb.

Was looking through usb sticks for something & saw this from a quad a few years ago.
Not sure how i cleaned it but would've been manualy not soaking it although would soak nowdays.
Maybe i did soak in something like Simple Green to loosen it up but doubt it.
Went well after that.

Yeah its unusual looking isn't it. Might be water & fuel not sure what it was but looks different to our usual crapy stale fuel mess.
