Ah- a full day on the Black widow today to get some things cleaned- polished- painted and ready to go on the bike.

New case screws on the way and then it will be time to Yamabond/ close up the Engine case halves.

Once that is done- will be dropping the engine into the bike and start putting ever thing back together.

Got the Black base coat applied (good ol Krylon paint) on the Oil tank- Headlight bucket and the one Headlight ear that had some minor chips and a ding on the oil tank.

Will be applying a fresh new decal and then time to clear.

All straight now and will be applying 3 coats of the SprayMax 2k gloss clear and they will look like new again.

Well... time to dust off the original Thread for my build on my RT1 360 Black Widow bike...

This bike has been my main workhorse for the past 10 years and has had some great / Hard riding and still provides some great power and Style after putting this bike together with a mass of extra parts I had at the time..

That turned into this! lots of hours but payoff on the bike build was well work it. This bike has taken on many years of Endurofest and group rides in Colorado- Moab- So Cal dessert- Arizona- Arkansas!

Now it is time to get this bike cleaned up after being in storage for past 2+ years and give it a good refresh- put all new seals in Engine today... will do a full frame cleanup and put it back together.
