The Wiseco piston you want is  234M07150  for your 1.5mm oversize.
You can get up to 1mm oversize in Yamaha brand.  438-11638-01-00

There seems to be a 'hole' in years and part numbers with regard to after market makers of pistons / top end parts.
Wiseco and Vintco don't list a piston for 72' DT250's
Wisco and Vintco DO list pistons for 74' DT 250's.
What's interesting is Yamaha's piston part numbers for 72' / 73' / 74' are all the same part numbers.
I wonder if the aftermarket engineers saw something different or forgot something.
My 2 cent's ....
Twin 73' DT3 250's, 73' MX 360, 83' TT600 , 73' MX 100

DT2 / DT3 OEM Yamaha pistons use 311 prefix on the part numbers .
DT 250 A pistons use 438 prefix .I think they are no longer available as new ex factory , though I could be wrong .
Partzilla and the like , then show a superceded part  number that will fit .
In this case , showing DT 250 A number for DT2 fitment .
There appear to be plenty of DT2 pistons available NOS on Ebay .
