Interesting pic of Al's headlight wiring. Pink is plugged into green...is it.  In the U.S. The colors don't mix. Green to green and pink to pink. Been through five bikes now and I don't try to document how they come apart. Like colors to like colors won't let you down. Look at the wiring diagram in manual or on this site.

Ok thanks for inputs folks we have made progress. We are missing a double connector one of the browns, a broken broken, blue connected to green.... so sorted now. I’ll video the layout when complete and post on here for reference. Still need to wire in a regulator. Cheers guys

Regulator fitting instructions are shown in one of the Service Bulletins in the Tech Library (see link below).

Let me know if you need my spare (+ free fitting tips!).
