I recently picked up a pair of '74 DT125s (one with a title) and I think I'm going to attempt my first full restoration.   They are (mostly) complete, but unfortunately the PO didn't secure the seat (on the one that had a seat) when he was delivering them and lost it somewhere between North Bend and Seattle (eep).   I'm sure this is going to be a long process and I plan to document on my YouTube channel as I go.  I am looking a seat kit from KDI repros and I'd love feedback from anyone who has used them previously.   It looks like the hinges and latch hook don't come with the kit they sell.  Does anyone have spares of those they would be willing to part with, or a junk seat (or just seat pan) that has them still attached?   Rusty and crusty is fine as long as they aren't so far gone that they have lost structural credibility.
