I'm here looking to "reeducate" myself on the Yamaha DT 250 - 400 models. My first motorcycle was a '69 AT-1 with a 175 top end.

After owning many bikes and herd in the garage now I find myself wanting an old school 2-stroke Enduro again.

Hopefully I can find what I'm looking for and contribute here.

Thanks,
Dan

Welcome!

What are you looking for? A project bike, a bike that has gone through a "like new" concours restoration, or a running rider? Or?

Someone here might have something or know of a bike? For example I have a 1975 DT250 that I got from the son-in-law of the original owner... His mother-in-law used to ride it when she was younger. He started to "go through it" but stopped after buying a DT400 tank (original was reportedly rusty and he didn't know how to remove the rust) and also removing the wiring harness when realizing he was over his head. I don't know that I'll ever get the time to work on it so I'd sell it cheap.
