No.  Your bore should have already been finish honed after a rebore.

look close & see if the ports have been chamfered top & bottom. If someone had done it before it might still have enough depending!!.

I remember a dogs leg tool sort of swinging knife on a handle at work for that purpose but not sure i ever used it or thought it chattered across.
I mostly used a chainsaw file.
Little high speed tool would be 'the go' if you could get in there.
Bigger the bore the easiest.
