The Search Engine on this website used to be AWESOME. Now I can't seem to get any results. Luckily sometimes Google finds threads here. Here is a link to the other thread: yamaha-enduros.com/index.php/forums/how-...l-flow-shock-rebuild

I have seals that will work but the seal head has to be machined to fit them. I can do that but I haven't been too overly pushing the idea. I could do it for a very reasonable price including seals if someone wants to be the test platform. I only have about 800 of the seals to work with. LOL.

His name is Ken Nickerson. I have his email also. I've chatted with him a few times.

Hmmm. Are you using the "search forum" tab or the search box in the upper menu bar? For some reason I am still troubleshooting, the menus box is less useful than the "search forum" tab.

I will keep after it!

Mako.

PS. - I don't have the fellows phone handy.

If you have the seals yes. If not, no. The seals I have are close, but not close enough for my liking. I haven't gone any further messing with them.

If you could adapt the reservoir cap to take an air bladder you'd have a modern pressurised set up. A mate bought me a repair kit or modification kit back from the us a lifetime ago. No idea what i did with it but remember a couple of black drill bits & stuff. I thought the works guys could change damping by changing jets in where there are two allen cap screws low down. Or did i just dream that back in the day haha.
Just googling away & this came up. But i've run out of internet untill 24th--gone down to vintage dial up speed haha. Can only see the heading & not sure how old or if even relevant but there ya go.
