Good evening from Germany :)
I´m thinking about replacing my rusty original springs from the thermal phase shocks with new springs (maybe YSS). Are there any experience what type from YSS will fit to the thermal phase shocks from my DT 360?

I measured the following: OD 55 mm, ID 43 mm, length 225 mm, wire thickness 7 mm, 16 windings.

New chrome for the rusty parts will cost nearly 200 $ in Germany :(

New bushes I found in Poland. They have the same diameter but I have to cut it for the correct length:

Thanks for the information. But then I have the same problem with expensive chrome plating...

I wonder if there are shocks out there where the reservoirs are jiggered, but the springs are still quite nice? Might be worth a look around.

Another option might be to contact a shock absorber manufacturer, such as Hagon in the UK, to see if they can help out with just springs.

I already gave 2 sets of springs to Rigabo Glavanik in Bocholt.
www.rigabo.net
Price for chroming was about 60-70€ a pair. (brought it to them and picked up personally, contact is the Junior Boss )
But: if the springs are heavily rusted, the rust-craters will remain after chroming.
I prepared my springs on forehand, buy filing out the rust craters, grind and polish the windings.Took me 1 week, but amazing results.
Regards from Schwerte

Good evening from Germany! I found new springs from YSS. ID 46 mm, length 220 mm, should work. YSS-support has chosen the right strengths for DT 360. Seems to be a good solution for 128$. Will post photos asap.
